MAORE provides this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If there are parts of these Terms that you do not understand, please contact us at contact@maore.ro before placing an order. If you do not accept our Terms, you will not be able to place an order.

Terms of Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

All prices are shown in RON and include VAT.

Currently, MAORE ships only within Romania. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Terms of Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Maestro

Payment will be processed when the order is shipped from our warehouse. We do not accept payment methods not listed above.

Delivery and Shipping

MAORE delivers only in Romania.

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days depending on your location and courier.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Exchange of Products

We are currently unable to process exchanges. Please return the product for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

Returns

You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product(s), except for made-to-order garments.

Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

To return a product, contact us at contact@maore.ro.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt of returned items, excluding delivery costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@maore.ro with your order number and photos.

We will replace or refund the product at no additional cost.

Errors and Omissions

We strive to ensure that all prices and information on the website are accurate. However, errors may occur. In case of a significant error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or correct it with your agreement.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

MAORE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the website for:
