Our products are delivered via Sameday courier service. We deliver throughout Romania.

Delivery Time

Orders that are placed and confirmed are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time via Sameday is:

• 2–5 business days within Romania.

Shipping Costs

The shipping fee is calculated automatically based on the destination and the order value and is displayed before completing the checkout.

Delivery Conditions

All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Upon delivery, please check the integrity of the package. Any damage must be reported to the Sameday courier and noted in the delivery report.

Unclaimed Orders

If a package is not collected within the timeframe specified by Sameday, it will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange possible reshipment (subject to an additional delivery fee).
